I have known Johanna for the last 3 years, since meeting her at an inspiring taster session she gave at our local Glasgow West Central Childcare Forum meeting.
On the strength of her performance at the Forum I asked her to organise and run a training workshop for my staff at our in-service day in May 2013.
My staff were so enthusiastic and motivated that we engaged Johanna to work with staff one half day a month. This continued until February 2015 , when she was unable to continue due to her other work commitments.
Throughout the time Johanna worked with us she inspired and motivated the staff with her enthusiasm and commitment to developing the children’s creativity.
Johanna is always professional and has a ‘can do’ attitude, which is infectious
She has enormous knowledge and experience of working using the Reggio Emilia approach to learning and creativity and I would have no hesitation in recommending her work.
